CITOApp offers access control through facial recognition, exclusively for authorized users of communities and condominiums using our platform.
Data processed
Facial image captured by the mobile device camera, converted into an encrypted biometric template.
Purpose
Identity identification and verification for entry through access points enabled in the community.
Legal basis
Express consent given by the user when accepting the use of biometric data prior to enrollment.
Storage
Biometric template stored encrypted on secure servers managed by CITOApp, with restricted access.
Retention period
While the user maintains active authorization. Upon requesting removal, deletion within a maximum of 5 business days.
Security
AES-256 encryption, role-based access controls, continuous monitoring and periodic audits.

No third-party transfer
CITOApp does not transfer or sell biometric data. It is only shared if required by law or competent authority.
